Salaried for Tier 1 (G) renewals. Self Employed for ILR?

Post by sej » Mon Jun 22, 2015 7:25 am

Hello,

I have a question on this.

I am a company director with 50% shareholding and am managing director drawing salaries and dividends, I have renewed my Tier 1 (General) twice already on the basis of being salaried employee and not self employed.

So now for ILR, can UKBA change its stance and treat me as self employed?

Or should they continue treating me as salaried since for my renewals they did the same?
