Mine should have been category F as well but I applied under category A. Will they refuse or give me a chance to send additional documents? Is there an opportunity to send additional documents if you ask for administrative review? I have submitted my accounts, ct600 for the latest available financial year but my bank statements, payslips and p60 for the tax year that just ended. However since application I also have new accounts and CT600 will be submitted soon.
Or will I have to reapply again.
I applied in Islamabad at the end of April. The financial year end is 31st May.PariJ wrote:adnan111 wrote:PariJ wrote:Category A should be relatively Straight forward to assess, hope you will get update soon.

Thanks Pari. I think that the rules are the same irrespective of the country so they will probably reject and ask me to apply again.PariJ wrote:@adnan-Call ukvi and check if you can provide additional documents. Not sure about Pakistan, but in India ECO's are rejecting for missing documents.
@Sneha-I honestly donot know, but once they assess , processing time for your application should be lesser than mine

As per the rule stated below, ECO should contact applicant for additional documents but things are changed in last 6 months where ECO reject straight away in some cases (including mine). It is worth call UKVI and checking the options though..adnan111 wrote:Thanks Pari. ECB10.13 Evidential flexibility
Evidential flexibility can only be used in PBS applications and settlement applications under Appendix FM. It should only be used in an otherwise compliant application, where one document or piece of evidence is missing, and it is clear from the application form and other documentary evidence that the missing document exists, the entry clearance officer should apply evidential flexibility and request that the applicant provide the missing document within seven working days. If the missing information is not received within the permitted timeframe then the application should be refused.
Evidential flexibility should not be used in situations where even if the missing evidence was provided the application would fall for refusal.
