Urgent - Tier 2 employer switch premium service online form

Hi,

I am going through an in-country switch and opted and already paid for premium service but while filling the online form here
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk I can not see an option to choose premium service. I can only see standard or priority options. See screenshot http://snag.gy/tVgrz.jpg

Anyone knows what be wrong? Please help urgently, my appointment is day after and I have paid already.

Hi,

I am sure you would have ticked the right box, as i recently applied for Appointment for Premium service online and paid for it + Health Surcharge.
Log in or register through Top Right hand of the page https://apply.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/iapply.portal

I had filled out paper application and paid for premium service + Health surcharge.

I had indeed made the payment via https://apply.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/iapply.portal for premium service as that was the only option available.

Then I went through the second link you mentioned https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... r2-general and filled the online application, which is not showing me premium option as I mentioned.

(I prefer online application to paper application because the paper application asks for card details but I have already paid so why would I need to enter the card details again.)

For the information of other readers, I have been told that "The reason that the form isn’t providing the option is because the Home Office haven’t quite caught up yet with having the online form available for premium appointments."

So only option for me is the paper form.. ughhh!

when u fill the paper application, you dont need to fill in the payment details,leave it blank. the proof of payment online is enough. this is how i did it twice in last 4 yrs.
