New minimum wages rules

Post by vedcyru » Mon Jun 22, 2015 8:08 pm

I've seen the news today that those who have completed 6 years in UK and salary is less than £35000 will have to go back(non EEA citizen).
But wanted to know what if someone has ILR and has salary less than £35000? will that person also have to leave UK even after having ILR?

It would not be applicable to someone who already has ILR. It is for temporary migrants, i.e. Tier 2 etc.

I think except trouser and shirt they want to grab everything from migrant worker. But this rule should implement from 2016.
