Marriage to HSMP holder

Hello

I am a current HSMP holder currently in UK. My girlfriend is in UK on student visa expires in 3 months time and she is non EU citizen. If we get married will she get HSMP? Will she have to leave UK and then after marriage apply for new visA? Please help

she can get hsmp dependent but not hsmp. if you want change to any other visa in UK from student visa, she has to complete the course that she came for first.....but if u r marrying her in a different country, she can directly directly apply without completing the course
