Rajib, there is a tab that you complete in case the requirement is urgent, did you complete that?

I DID NOT complete that and got them in 10 working days (requested 28.04, received them 08.05)
hi yes i have filled that tab up as well putting the reason as my wife needs to go her back home for holiday

If everything is fine on the application, you should receive them this week...however, seeing as the application has taken so long already, not sure how to interpret that.

Anything from the application can explain why it´s been taking so long? Recently married by the time you applied, missing documents, something?

Well the good thing about your case is HO finally has realized they should say sorry for going over 6 months.

I have sent all the documents that normally required to proof our relationship is genuine in some cases more than enough@mileman

wow rajib, then really you are getting a very rotten deal.

sometimes with cases like yours I ask this kind of thing just to create patterns, or understand if I will probably go through the same, but it seems sometimes things are as random as they come!

crossing my fingers for you!

if you are eea national, you need to call HO to inform that, if you are non-eea, you do not need do anything. since for eea2 HO only checks that if eea national has treating right.

Anyone got a reply for the Home Office?
It has been a long time since someone received an RC.
Maybe HO should consider increasing the application cost and subsequently hiring more employees.
Blocking people is absolutely unacceptable especially if the delay exceeds 4 months!

I guess we all should sign a complaint and raise it to some one who can take action with this ! Because the way the treat us and thier atitude make me feel like am a second class human being ! ! It should stop , most of us r decent and good people , we are not criminals or abusing any rights in the country .

Hi Everyone,

I applied RC in Feb 2015 and received it last week.
This topic gave me a good indication of the processing timeframe, thanks everyone.

Here is my timeline:
Applied: 04/02/2015
Acknowledgement dated: 06/02/2015
COA dated: 16/02/2015
Passports received back: 20/05/2015
RC dated: 12/06/2015 (received 16/06/2015)

I also voluntarily submitted additional information in May due to the change of my husband's employment status (Self-employed to Employed).

Hope everyone will get the one really soon!
