Covering letter Is this for anything in particular? Otherwise it's not required.
Original Degree certificate + copy
Tier 2 PBS print out summary Is this to confirm your degree awards you 10 points to satisfy the English language requirement?
employer letter confirming salary details + copy If you are supplying payslips and bank statements as evidence for your points for earnings, this letter is not required.
P60 2014-2015 + copy You should probably take P60's covering your entire 5 year residence period.
Basic disclosure Scotland certificate + copy
council tax bill 2015-2016 + copy Not required
water bill recent month + copy Not required
copies of Passport entry/exit stamps As you have already listed your passports and copies of them, I'm guessing this is a duplicate & not required.

- Yes it is to satisfy english language requirement

employer letter confirming salary details + copy
- i'm submitting paylsips from 2 employers and my current employer payslips doesn't have an company logo and generated by third party... that's the reason i'm submitting an employer letter to confirm my salary details.

P60 2014-2015 + copy
- Is it fine if i carry last 4 year P60's, as i don't have P60 for year 2010-2011...
