Access to child visa Home office rule part 7

If any body can help me.I came uk in 2005 on 2 year settlemet visa.but after some time my marriage broke down.I have one year old son so i
first applied for contact order in court and then under rule 247a I applied for acces to child visa.I got one year visa after which i can apply for indefinite leave to remain.but the problem is my wife requested court for hoildays to india and she sent medical reports from india that she is unfit to travel to uk.but court made a order and said her to come back.now i need information wether i would get ILR because my son is outside uk and i have no contcat with my son which is one of key requirment for ILR under this catagory.

I believe you might need a solicitor for the above, my friend is plannig to go through a solicitor for his application.
