Tier2 ICT Dependant query

I have recently changed my visa status from Tier2 ICT to ILR.
My wife and child are still on Tier 2 ICT dependant visa. they are yet to meet the criteria of 5 years to apply for ILR. Their tier 2 ICT dependant visa is valid till sep 2017.

Please help me with information on below questions

1. As I have now ILR, I am planning to change my current employer.
Does my wife and child can still continue to stay in UK with current Tier2 ICT visa until its valid[sep2017] provided by my current employer? do they need to change visa status as I [main applicant] am changing my employer?

2. I am planning for holiday with my wife and child to travel India for holidays. Can my wife and child travel abroad using their current Tier2 ICT visa? I would like to know that when they can come back UK after holidays along with me, will the immigration allow them to enter UK again on their Tier2 ICT visa as i changed my visa status to ILR and changed my employer?

3. If I need to change the tier 2 ICT dependant visa for my wife and child after their Tier 2 ICT visa expiry, what is the form I will need to use for extension pls .
