It won't be counted towards her qualifying period. She can only apply for PR card in April 2016 as WRS was abandoned in April 2011 otherwise her application will be refused.ramlinz wrote:Hi ppl,

Hi Sali6454, I applied before April. Biometrics application introduced after April with a new application form. So when I applied then there was not any requirement to submit biometrics.Sali6454 wrote:Hi Forza - What about your biometrics- Me and my brother sent ours on 26/06/2015 Currently the delivery is held for Monday as i checked on RoyalmailForza_RC wrote:Hi everyone,

It looks like January/February 2015 applicants getting their PRs this month...
Hi gabipo, thanks for sharing your timeline with us. You would probably receive your PR end of this month (based on the other applicants' timelines/average processing time). I applied 2 weeks after than you so fingers crossed. Keep updating us if you hear from HO.gabipo wrote:Forza_RC wrote:Hello everyone, has anyone heard from HO or received their PR card this week?

Hi Forza_RC!
Here is my timeline
I applied EEA PR as Non EU on 09/03/15 and fee taken on 12/03/15 and COA received on 18/03/15 and still waiting for PR Card hope next month some news thanks
Not sure about your break, but in terms of supporting documents, I am somewhat in the same boat. Not being British, I never knew what those P60s are for and never expected to need old rental contracts anymore. I have submitted some P60s, some P45s, all but one employee contract, got a reference from most employers, some wage slips and all but one rental contract. To support all that I have also sent some council tax statements and my complete stack of bank statements since I arrived in the UK in 2007 ..mojo78 wrote:Hello everyone,
I hope someone can advice me on applying for document certifying permanent residence.
My situation is as follows -I am a citizen of one of A8 states, came to UK in February 2005, got WRS and worked until August 2010, my non EU husband got his PR based on me exercising treaty rights in 2012. I, however, did not apply for my PR at the time as I thought I got it automatically after residing in UK for continuous period of 5 years, but now I decided that this document would be good to have.
From August 2010 I did not work until July 2011, and from then I have been working until now.
During all this time I was outside UK few times which comes maybe to 30 days in total.
My question is: does this 11 months out of work period break my residence in UK and is it likely that I will be refused the document?
I am planning to send my P60s covering 2005-2010 period as proof of me working, and bank statements covering 2005-2010 as proof of my residence. I understand that the form asks for more evidence, however other proof such as bills and tenancy agreements, even one of p45s have been lost, or have been thrown away, as I never thought I would be needing all that again.
Many thanks in advance
Yeah, fingers crossed the evidence will be sufficient. I am just unsure about that 11 months period when I wasn't working...Gomjaba wrote:Not sure about your break, but in terms of supporting documents, I am somewhat in the same boat. We shall see if it is enough .. If not .. ah well .. then not. I can work and live here anyway legally, I just want to make it easier for the BC... If I don't get it then I may as well stay German ... no harm :p

Thanks for sharing your situation with us Gomjaba. EU citizens' applications are processed a lot quicker than non-EU ones. So you would probably receive your PR card in August. Good luck and keep updating usGomjaba wrote:Updated

That would be great as I need to travel to Spain for a conference in October - was almost tempted to postpone the postage of my documents to the HO - but adding further proof (more bank statements, more whatsit) is something I couldn't bare to think aboutForza_RC wrote:Thanks for sharing your situation with us Gomjaba.
