Dear Guru's

I have applied for tier 1 entrepreneur visa got refused had a chance of appeal i went for appeal mean while my appeal is under process i found a sponsor for tier 2 general now i want to withdraw my appeal and apply for fresh application my question is can i withdraw appeal and apply for fresh application on same day ?

its an emergency i will be really grateful if any experts or some one who went through this situation helps me
