Help Need with Application SET(0) Version 5/2015

Hi

Can someone help me with below questions in new version of application for SET(O) - ILR . I am applying for ILR after staying for 5 on Tier-1 General . I proved my language qualifications with my Master's degree from one of the HOME OFFICE recognized universities in Scotland during my first Application for Tier-1 General in 2010. " I am applying for ILR on my own no dependants "

Now for ILR , i have passed Life in UK test too.

Coming to questions added in this version of SET(O) in section 4 (Knowledge of language and Life in the UK)

Can anyone help with questions in this section please, i am confused with all the options in this section.

Any advise would be much appreciated.
