Surrender Certificate Appointment Problems

Hi,

I have been trying to book an appointment with VFS global to surrender my Indian passport. The booking schedule/system is confusing me!

When I go to book an appointment under 'For OCI/Passport Services/Consular Services' and use the 'click here' link it takes me to the page below -

When I select Paddington and 'Surrender of Indian Passport', the page in the screenshot below gets displayed.

Just to clarify Passport No. is the Indian passport and not new British passport?

Also what is the OCI registration number? I cannot bypass this step but I don't have an OCI reg!

A little help would be much appreciated.

You can put any number or GB Passport number in OCI registration number.
