Transfer Tier 2 Sponsorship Certificate - Company

HI,
Currently I have Tier 2 Sponsorship . Due to some reasons my employer is launching a new company and moving all Staff under this New company .
Is there any way he can get existing COS transferred to this new company and still keep me employed ?

Also do I have to Apply for a new visa from start and go through all Market labour Test to be employed for this New company ?

Also I not fully sure if he is closing the Existing company, All I know is I am getting paid from different company Account ?
How do I deal with this one ?

Someone please help !
