Letter from landlord regarding accomodation

Hi Guys

I am applying for Category A visa. All my papers are within the 28 days limit. Expect my letter of accommodation from landlord. It is dated 13 May 2015 and I would like to apply this week. My landlord is not available at the moment and I can not get the letter for another three weeks and may be more.

Is it okay to apply now with letter from my landlord regarding accommodation dated 13 May 2015?

28 days rule is more relevant for Financial related documents.

When i made my first application for spouse's visa this feb , my landorod letter was older than 28 days and ECO acknowledge the supporting documents for accomadation although the application was rejected on grounds of missing financial documents.
