Hi,

Is there any rule that in 15 months we can show 12 months for ILR in Tier 2 General Route?

No. It is for Tier 1(General) Migrants. Please see the Paragraph 245HF-SD Specified documents on Page 47 of the attached guidance for Tier 2 (General). Tier 2 General earnings are checked within full financial year which is easy to check for Home Office with HMRC.

Thanks

As per immigration rules below...the payslip should be a calendar month before the date of application....I am not sure about 28 days...thats why I was asking the question above in this thread.

245HF-SD Specified documents

The specified documents referred to in paragraph 245HF(e) are set out in A, B and C below:
A. Either a payslip and a personal bank or building society statement, or a payslip and a
building society pass book.
(a) Payslips must be:
(i) the applicant's most recent payslip,
(ii) dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application, and
(iii) either:
(1) an original payslip,
(2) on company-headed paper, or
(3) accompanied by a letter from the applicant's Sponsor, on company headed paper
and signed by a senior official, confirming the payslip is authentic.

@stanza123
I would say to use the July's payslip if your appointment on 1st August.
