As a director of a company, you are legally required to file yearly self-assessment to HMRC when you receive any benefits from your company, even if you get min wage. You do not need to send this with your visa application as it has nothing to do with immigration laws but HO usually checks with HMRC to see if you submitted your self-assessments when you apply for ILR.omercheema619 wrote:Hi All
