fee for HSMP (SPOUSE) EC

my spouse is about to apply HSMP's spouse Entry clearance from Pakistan. Could somebody tell me about the hsmp's spouse EC Fee?

HSMP dependants visa application should currently cost 200 pounds, payable in local currency, and should be made on the VAF1 form.
