Flr (FP) Or EEA Residence Need Help

Hi Guys I am new here so not sure if I am on the right topic.

I am an overstayer and need some advice.

My mum is French but I am an non EEA national but does not work in the UK as she is clinically blind. So she relies on me fully.

My partner is non EEA but has a British child so she has DLR.

What kind of application can I make?

And if we get married will this help my case?

I believe the FLR(FP) or the EEA Route is open to you.

I am not sure if you are dependent on your mum in anyway, If you are, then you may be able to secure PR.

It all dependent on the nature of your case.

It seems possible that you may be able to qualify under at least one route.

As I mentioned before my mom is not currently working so I am the one taking care of her for the time being.

I think we will have to go via the FLR fp route.

You said that I might be able to apply for permanent residency.

Can I still try if I am the one supporting my mom or does she have to be working?
