If you have remaining time on residence permit then airline will be fine but ukba staff will have your weak point that your present RC is based on your relationship with EU national which has now expired and you may not meet a good officer this time.

Last time my divorce finalist week before my flight but i did go home and when i bk they asked abour my wife i said im a divorced nd the girl called sum1 nd looked at my passport nd me then said to he will apply for retain the rights i said yes whrn i back then he said ok
i do belive i might receive the outcome before i fly as i still have 13 days lift nd my applocation passed 4 month now .
But just in case nd all possibelty availables ..
the gentelman who assist my case is sure of my application but who knows ho will annoying sometimes.

in general after divorce wife does not want to even see the person

Regulation 11(2)(b) provided for right of admission for a family member who has retained their right of residence.

I am therefore of the view that ceasing from being a family member will not result in refusal of entry.

NO mate , nothing yet , I am moving out from my current flat so went to change my address through my lawyer, she said HO is taking their time now to process RCs , recently her one client got RC after nearly 6 months, so in other words , no news is a good news you seems very nervous , you need to calm down , such things are out of our hands , all we can do is wait and I am sure we will get what we deserve.

My lawyer sent my application on yesterday (30th June). Fingers crossed and I hope all goes well for all.

My case below.
Marriage lasted 6 years.
Lived together for 5 years in UK.
After a long separation and family battles divorce was finalized May 2015.
Marriage broke down really bad so I do not have any contact with him (Changed number, address, told friends not to give up his whereabouts).He was working the last time I checked (August 2014 through a bank statement). I found that he has a registered company in UK with his new partner (Thanks 192.com).
Sent him numerous emails requesting for documentation all failed (I included these in my application).
I now have a British partner and a British child after separation.

All prayers and advise welcomed.

Maxmelion, did they cancel your old residence card like bil123?
When I had my ROR they cancelled my existing residence card but they didn't cancel my child's own. I hope they are not telling us that we cant count that towards PR. My 5years was due in Jan.

you need to wait untill you get absolute certificate, for Ror basically you need docs during the divorce (initiated untill absolute) from your ex.
