One month pay is OKsandeshk wrote:I don't want to be separated again with my family.
Any advice will be truly appreciated.
Thanks
EEA FM is non-mandatory application, so no cut off date. Wife also does not have to apply but can do so.sandeshk wrote:Thanks El Patron for the reply.
I have some question just to clear out my mind.
What would be the last date for me to apply for EEA FM if my visa expires on 23rd Aug 2015?
Does my wife needs to apply for Registration certificate, She already has Irish Passport?
If they refused my visa do i get a change to reapply or appeal and how many grace days do i get?
Many Thanks
must send original, it states so in the guidance on the firm that all documents should be originals. No EEA passport = refusal without right to appeal!sandeshk wrote:Hey
Is it mandate to summit my wifes Irish passport for my EEA FM application?
Will it be alright if I summit a copy of her passport and Her parents birth certificate becoz she got Irish through her parents.
Thanks
It is suggested that you should, though others have submitted certified copies and travel itineraries showing the passport is required for imminent travel.sandeshk wrote:Any Advice pls.

Send a cover letter stating the passport is already with Home Office for the EEAFM applicationsandeshk wrote:Any Advice pls.
Thanks
if the passport is already with the Home Office just send the copy and point out to them that they have the originalsandeshk wrote:Thanks
I couldn't find any Irish Embassy or consulate in Cardiff. Who can certified the copies of Passport.
That's exactly what I provided for my renunciation. I guess you may have read my posts before.sandeshk wrote:We have the original with us. And we need for it for My EEA FM. So we are thinking that if we give my wife's Parents birth certificate original and copy of her Irish Passport and a print out from this website http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/mo ... scent.html highlighting how she became an Irish citizen by birth for Declaration of Renunciation.
Will that be allright
Thanks
I had an extra certified copy of my Irish passport from when I applied for a scholarship in China so I sent it along with the renunciation as well. I'm not sure that it has to be certified but I didn't need it anyway so I just put it in.sandeshk wrote:Ya i read your post and it helped a lot Chaoclive. Thanks
Did u sent the certified copy of your passport?
That's one thing. Of course, you should also add a normal copy of her passport at the very least.sandeshk wrote:For renunciation we need to show that my wife as other nationality(Irish) then British. So do u think that submitting my wifes parents Irish birth certificate should prove that she has Irish Nationality.
Thanks
The rules will still be the same as far as I am aware. You should read through the form and make sure that you are able to answer the questions/provide the documents that you will need to provide. Also make sure that you check that you are filling in the right form when you actually come to apply, otherwise they won't accept it.sandeshk wrote:Hey
I figured out today that they have changed the EEA FM form to 91 pages from 137 pages.
I want to confirm that if they had changed any laws or rules for the EEA FM( Residence card) has i will be applying in in August or they are still the same
Thanks
