Salary Advise

Hi

I am working as Contractor and withdrawing my salary and Dividends from my Limited Company. So far i've withdrawn 1000£ per month but i would like to take 5000£ as salary since April 2015 to reach Salary criteria from my Limited Company. will that be causing any issue? Will UKBA question why i have taken salary more ?
