supporting document for FLR (M)

Post by rumi23 » Sun Jul 05, 2015 12:28 am

Hi All,
I have received my ILR (LR) last month and preparing to apply FLR(M) for my wife. She is T2 Dependent and her visa is valid till September 2016 (she in the UK since January 2013). I understand that she have to apply FLR (M) but we are facing some problem regarding correspondence documents. we dont have enough documents (6 joint items or 12 individuals) to show in same address as we were unaware of this rule. we can manage documents for last six months but not possible for 2 years. All other documents are in order apart this one. On this circumstance would you please advise me what shall i do?

Regards

Anything with an name and address would be acceptable. You may be able to request statements from bank, utility providers, council tax, mobile phone etc.

Unfortunately, probably not. Try to get copies as I suggested.

Thanks for your reply Casa. She will apply end of September. I been able to gather some documents as below:
Aug13 (letter from HO - Both names),
Feb14 (Water bill - my name) & April14 (Bank statement - Spouse)
Sep14 (Water Bill - My name) & Jun14 (Bank statement - Spouse)
Jan15 (My Bank statement) & (a letter from hospital regarding her job application),
May15 (My credit card statement & Her letter from GMC)
and will provide Jul/Aug15 bank statement.
Do you think these will be sufficient?
One more thing to ask, her IELTS result is dated December 2013 (will expire dec15), will it be alright to submit as my understanding her IELTS will be accepted by HO till November this year.
