T1 General dependent extension procedure pls?

I am british and my wife tier 1 General depedent visa get expiry soon and he need one more extension to get ilr.
Which form i need fillup for T1 dep extension and how to get appointment? And what are documents i need to submit alongwith application?
kindly advise. Appreciate your reply?

Thanks mate.. In application form, i don't see main applicants related to british or naturalized, only stated about Tier 1 and other categories. Is this form applicable for British Dependents applying under tier 1 extension? Pls confim.
Is there any online form facility for filling instead writing manually?

Quick question: Do we need to provide any proof of income for the funds maintained in the dependents bank account?

Iam providing my wife's bank statements as proof of maintenance, however do I need to provide any payslips (proof of money deposited into the account) if she is working in UK??

She is applying through this basis as that was your previous status before ILR.

Is this form applicable for British Dependents applying under tier 1 extension? Pls confim.

She is not a 'British Dependent' (i.e. FLR(M) spouse visa). PBS dependent is the correct form for her Tier 1 G Dep extension.

It appears paper forms only.

I am not sure about maintenance. Perhaps Manci could confirm when next online.
