hello all
I know there is a salary requirement to apply visa for my spouse which is £18600.
I have been with the same employer for over 4 years. Currently earning £23977.50 since 01/04/2015. Will be applying her visa in sept so wont be able to show last 6 months salary slip for the above salary
Before the above salary, i was earning £23000 so therefore wil attach last 12 months salary slip to show that i have always been above threshold requirement. Is this okay?
Also i presume £18600 is a gross salary requirement but what i get paid in net , if you multiply by 12, its less than 18600 since i save in company shares scheme too as a employee and ppst tax deduction , life insurance
Does it matter if my net is less than 18600 if i multiply it by 12??
Please if somebody can reply. Will appreciate your response
