WHICH FORM TO COMPLETE

Any one to help,

I have been invited for an interview for a job and as part of the security procedure in this company, all persons coming to this company are expected to complete an entry pass and submitte to the company in advance. Two forms have been sent to me to complete just one which correctly applies to me. The forms are: (1) UK nationals - this also has provision for NI information (2) Non UK foriegn visitors-no information on NI required.

Just to confirm which form to complete as i am on HSMP and not a visitor.

Can anyone help?

When it says NI, is it asking for 'Norther Ireland' information or 'National Insurance' information...I think as you are a Non UK national 2nd one is correct........but you can always call the employer and ask........

The NI is for National Insurance
