Schengian Visa for Parents Visiting UK

I have Parents visiting UK from July 20 to Jan 11 on C-Family Visit Visa. I plan to visit Netherlands for Holiday on Aug 24.

Can I apply for Schengian Visa to visit Netherlands from UK.

Can someone advise what documents, I need to provide for the visa.

No. They need to apply for Schengen visa from their country of residence.
