Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Hi guys I am new to this forum. As like all of you I'm very anxious and worried about the outcome of my Fiance's Application. My timeline is:
Online submission 7th May 2015
Biometrics on 11th May 2015 @ LAHORE (rec on 12/05/15 at bhc)
Req update on 6th July

They have replied, "there are no current updates" and that the details may be wrong. The details were correct. Would u suggest for me to req a further update on Monday since it will be 9 weeks then. Have any May Application been considered? When can I expect a response. The wait is killing me. Btw this forums excellent and thanks for those who have shared their experiences.

I would suggest just wait and no point emailing them coz it's the Eco who exactly knows the status of your application which they I believe they can't be bothered to update their system and yer don't worry about their response as they are standard replies and when the time comes then I would just come but let's just all pray that we get a positive outcome insha Allah Ameen

It's just that iv seen sajjaduk submitted few days before and has got and update. I was wondering maybe if I email them yet again ...they may take some action lol

I would suggest escalate or call the enquiry line
The email is nothing but a standard auto generated email
Your application would be almost concluded don't worry and don't go by their email as it means nothing
Looking at your bio date you should be due a decision any day soon in shaa Allah

hi i appealed 19th May and payment was taken 27th, i'm still waiting for appeal notice, normally u receive an appeal notice 4/5 weeks after payment is taken and then ECO is given 15 weeks to overturn decision or reject it and take it to court, if decision is overturned u get the visa stamped in passport within 2 weeks, NORMALLY reviews take 1-2 months and this is what it looks like at the moment as people have had replies (April applicants)

they will ask for appeal number but it doesn't matter if u don't have it they will just ask u details about u and your spouse, inshallah best of luck

if u don't know what it is doesn't matter they will give it to u over the phone, they'll just ask u for spouse name d.o.b what visa it is, in uk or out and same details for you, if u used a solicitor they will ask u who that is too, brother what was your reason for refusal?

bkz my wifes seconeed job pay by cheque for the month of november she had tex pay back which showed on the wage slip but the wage cheque was paid in that month but the tex returend was paid in 3 weeks letter so they questioned on income threshold my wife is earning 19.985 annually so we do defo meet the income threshold . because we have evidence of all the cheques and tax return we decided to appeal .

It's just a silly reason to be honest, don't worry if u have the proof it will be no problem, inshallah u will defo get your visa in review

Don't worry not long someone had a review date 2nd and they got their visa today, what was your reason for refusal??

And no at the moment they r working on 14-17 April.. Inshallah u should hear something by end of July early august.. Sajjaduk is also a may applicant so u can get some advice from him if u need too
