Thanks Shah,Shah1698 wrote:Hi Rasmita - they normally update outcome of RCoS in 5 working days from 13 July. May I ask which city are you applying from?
Can't see any reason why they have rejected unless your employer didn't do RLMT inline with HO guidance. What was the reason of resusal sent by UKVI?stephybailey24 wrote:My score is 70 and I was refused in June..... #I cannot understand
Rcos is for ppl applying from OUTSIDE the UK mate.EssDeezill wrote:Is the Restricted COS only for people within the UK?
How does the application for the Tier 2 differ for people applying outside of the UK to come into the UK?
Let's hope this month mate. Mine was rejected in May as there was no closing date. Don't know how it goes in July. I am scoring at 36. Its big worry at the moment.ValentinaL wrote:Last month (June) we got our CoS rejected, i am scoring at 37. Fingers crossed for next month, if its a no again i am looking for another job!
Is the panel that requested further documents Home Office? If so then is HO viewing CoS applications at 32 score this July ?? Something to think about fingers crossedks227 wrote:I have 40 Points in total that is 30 from RLMT and 10 for Salary. My Employer submitted the request for RCoS before 5th of July and then contacted by panel demanding further documents such as my contract letter.
I just hope the points in July comes down to 32 so things stay fair as they are supposed to be.

That is my question , that they must be considering applications for that points they have requested documents for otherwise what's the point asking for further documentation ? right.Shah1698 wrote:Hi guys - I am at 36 points and my employer was also contacted for documents on 2nd July and they were sent on 8th. Awaiting decision.....
Hi - my employer applied on 30th June.fx125 wrote:Hi both,
What type of further documents they requested? In my opinion it's not an indicator since they always check all applications regardless of their points, so that they can 1st reject unqualified one...But when did u submit ur application? As I can see they ask for extra documents on 2th, which is quite late for verification...
