From a non Eu to England then Morocco without visa?

Sorry about confusion, my family would like to go to Morocco from Turkey.
Flight tickets from Turkey to Morocco so expensive.
Flight tickets from Turkey to London and London to Morocco are really cheap.
So I was thinking to get ticket from Turkey to London and London to Morocco. My family will not leave the airport and will get the next flight to Morocco.
Do they need to get visa fro UK?
