Ten years ILR with driving conviction

Hi friends

Please help me as i need to know that can i apply for 10 years long residence ILR with two unspent driving convictions as i got the convictions in April 2013 they are not spent yet but my current tier1 visa is finishing in June.

It appears that a minor traffic conviction is not a bar to ILR even though it arguably should be.

It's difficult to say because you should be refused for a conviction within the last 24 months. Moreover, your conviction is recorded on the PNC and thus is recorded on your criminal record so it ought to be a certain refusal. However, members on here have posted success with such criminal record information before 24 months has lapsed. You could apply for ILR at a PEO and ask the caseworker whether you should apply for ILR or for an extension (until such time as 24 months has lapsed). Or you could just apply for an extension.

Just one last question.

If i apply for ILR through post and its refused then by the time my current Tier 1 visa will also be expired as well, then can i apply for the Tier 1 extension again after the refusal of ILR and without any status.

a m about to apply for ILR ,i recently got FPN 3 points on my license for speeding,do i have to declare it?do i have to tick yes for E1 criminal conviction?and then provide deta?
