It's difficult to say because you should be refused for a conviction within the last 24 months. Moreover, your conviction is recorded on the PNC and thus is recorded on your criminal record so it ought to be a certain refusal. However, members on here have posted success with such criminal record information before 24 months has lapsed. You could apply for ILR at a PEO and ask the caseworker whether you should apply for ILR or for an extension (until such time as 24 months has lapsed). Or you could just apply for an extension.
