The lawyer helping me told me that she would be able to tell me at 5:30 BST.

Talk about the waiting period ..
RLMT = one month
then submit by 05 of month (RLMT might be done after 5th means wait until next 5th to submit)
wait for meeting to take place
Wait for RCoS to assign

that sucks so hard, i mean come on policy makers ..you can do better with the level of intellect you would like to think you have....

That's what happened to me in June, my RLMT ran past the June deadline and I had to wait for July - but I would not have been granted my certificate due to points - 45 points - so I am hoping for success this month!

Hi -

For me, first my CoS was rejected on May for a silly reason as there was no closing date in the advert. My employer had to do RLMT again with closing date... Now everything suddenly changed with a higher number of rejections in June. I am in dark with 36 points.. not sure if I ever be successful with this points all this year long... :( :( :(

Just got the update - My application refused in July as well - 36 points. :( :( :(

"Your application has been refused, as it did not meet the minimum points score for the allocation of a restricted CoS on the above decision date."
