No I do not have access to SMS , my employer said no update as of now , i will ring them late in the day to see if there is any update.

Did HO Panel requested further documents from you such as your contract/offer letter ? and or do you know why they may request further documentation , as reading from previous posts I am concluding a lot of people have not been asked to provide further documentation but in my case i was being asked to send my contract on 6th of July.

Lol I think they might be eliminating from the bottom up hence the lower range applicants finding out before the rest.

I'm at 50 points and PwC legal submitted my information as well... Still no word from my HR team or PwC...

Do You think the cap is between 40 and 45? So they are taking this long to inform because they are seeing if they need to allocate 100 more CoS (if that amount is sufficient)?

BTW last month I found out at 2:40pm. So I guess I need to wait another hour, more or less.

@ks227 either you have 40 or 45. There is no 41, 42, 43 and 44.

Have you contacted your employer? I am also at 40, but my sponsor always delays in informing me. Like last month, I was informed around the 23rd of June...I have not received anything, but I am quite unsure now...

I would advise to ring them , I rang my employer just now and being updated that there is no update as of now.

Does your sponsor mean 'Pending' status when they say no update yet.
