Hey guys,

With 40 points I'm on the same situation as many of you - my Tier 2 Restricted CoS was refused last month on June 11th. And I just heard that it has been refused again today.

Looks like we'll have to hold our breath again. And the worst part of it all is that it looks like it won't get any better. Sounds like they have a huge back log...

Just heard from my employer. He called the Home Office himself and has been told their cut off this month was 45 points. So those of you who got 45> should be fine!

I predict 40 points next month. Very sorry for those of us who got them refused again. It's an experience I don't wish upon anyone. x

are you sure about the cut off points ? If it is true, I am going to scream now(I just sit at the 45 points line). Really thank all of you for sharing the information and my best blessings to all of you who has been rejected again

I'm at 45 and have yet to hear anything now. Really hoping there were no mistakes on my application then!

Really dumb question (my HR officer isn't in until tomorrow), but where can I find an up-to-date breakdown on how the points are allocated?

Now paranoia is setting in, I have 45 points and I am thinking all the stuff that my employer may have filled incorrectly, If they put the right salary range, if the RLMT was accepted. Last month I was rejected based on my score :(

Some users in this forum have 45 points and they are granted RCoS , that is confirmation.

Utterly cruel. A right-wing government meddling with the labour market, despite every business body/academic institute/trade association telling them it's a stupid idea. Ridiculous. Totally ridiculous.

Edit: To those on the rejected list - stay strong. Be with your loved ones (give someone special a hug). We'll fight on.
