Ok seen it, thanks. What I don't understand is why didn't your solicitor pick up on this and do maths to workout if you're earning enough or not. No professional immigration specialist would or should make this error. Have you spoken to your solicitor regarding this? What has she suggested?

You'll have a better chance of getting your wife the visa if you do all the research yourself.

You'll have to reapply pretty soon, in the coming weeks if she doesn't want to re-sit a new exam. But that might not be suitable for you, unless you meet the financial requirements soon enough.

I thought you said, you weren't given an option to appeal ?

Well, there's no cut off, I don't think. You just have to apply keeping in mind applications take 2/3 months to process, maybe longer during very busy periods.

You can reapply anytime, even if you weren't given the right to appeal. I don't think if the English test will be accepted if it becomes invalid during the application. Maybe ask one of the moderators.

Yes, plus the IHS £600 and solicitor fees if you use one.

Maybe new TB test fees and English test fees, if your wife redoes them both again.

This is probably why the error in the application wasn't spotted "Shes a friend of the family she done my cousins case they were loaded she got here in 6 weeks. She charging me a flat fee of £600". Is the friend legally qualified in UK immigration law?

If it is just about a date and that is the only thing surely you can go for admin review? And get your employer to rectify this "mistake"
you can not get an admin review on settlement visas just appeal

@asif_sharif

Read this

You have 28 days to appeal after you get your decision. If you have to leave the country before you’re allowed to appeal, you have 28 days to appeal once you’ve left the country.

If you apply after the deadline, you must explain why - the tribunal will decide if it can still hear your appeal.
