Yea. It has been updated.
It says Number of certificates granted by exceptional consideration outside of monthly allocation during previous month 9
I guess that's why some ppl with 40 were granted, so there are indeed exceptional considerations.

Who would have thought this thing will come all of a sudden. Looking at past there has never been such case. I know many people plans have been shattered. I hope next month min points get back to 32.

given that most 45+ points went through this month and 1747+100 rcos available next month, then it's highly possible to be at 40 but nothing certain

Congrats. Will u be adding offer letter hard copy with supporting documents while applying for visa ? Is there any need to attach offer letter or Rcos number is enough?

Mate - Congrats. Good luck for your visa. You said that you have 40 points but cut off this month is 45 so I am just wondering how did your RCoS approved? Just curious mate.

Yes - I am still waiting to hear from PWC. I believe that my process was accepted, since I scored 45 points, but still no word from PWC legal. Very strange by the way, I tried to reach out to the PWC legal team and still no answer.

Hi mate - What is PWC Legal by the way? Is it sponsoring company or solicitor firm who helps for immigration?

I'm also at 40. Though taking into account almost all +45 rcos were accepted, and thinking about there is not likely to open more vacancies in the UK and do all the recruitment process. Things might go to normal, at least at 40 points. There was a backlog produce by June results oh shortage applications mostly, and then in July about Salary. Is my logic, at least points went down, it means that in July, all new applications at 45 and above, plus the re-applications of 45 of June were accepted. And at least some certificates were carried over to August. Let's hope for the best and get our RCOS.
Congrats to all who got it.

I ended up calling PwC legal myself. My HR person said they reached out but never heard back, and when I called PwC they told mine was approved! Still waiting for the confirmation from HR though... Said I should hear back by tomorrow.

Yes, is my logic. I'm expecting an answer about it, but most likely they will do it.

Can anyone please explain what is the difference between salary calucated at 39 hours for RCoS
AND the "actual salary" payable for 37.5 hours/week which is advertised in the post?
I need to understand :
Is the salary calculated at 39 hours/week for the RCoS?
OR
Is the salary calculated at 37.5 hours/week for RCoS ( as it is advertised in the post )?
Thanks

Hi all,
Congrats to those who got the RCOS. I was rejected at 38 unsurprisingly.
I do have a question though. I was given a response that said "you have been rejected and cannot this applicant cannot be submitted for reapplication." Or something along those lines. What does that last part mean... that I can't reapply?! I didn't think there was a limit. I was rejected for June, as well as this past one with July.
Regardless, if the suspected cut off is at 40 next month, is there a point in attempting to reapply? Any help would be great... stressful situation and everyone here has been super helpful.
Thanks again,
ED

Has anyone's employer said they will reapply for you in August 2015?
My employer has not confirmed this with me.
Thnx
