ROR .., please help

Hi guys... Here is my situation .. Married in 2010 in cyprus ... Came to uk July 2013 ... Have a child of 3 years... Eea 2 issued feb 2014.... Non eu working full time .. Eea working self employed part time... Child benifts and tax credit recieving... Now actually we have problem for which eu citizen must go back to his country for unspecified time.. .. So my question are .. What is my chances of ror? We don't want divorce but if ror must need divorce then we will.,, we are fully cooperate each other... Home office issue ror on based of part time self employment?? Please advise me in detail.. What should i do? Thanks
