1. What is minimum hours for Tier 2 general job, which is not in a short occupation list?

2. Does company need to mention hours in job advert?

As my understanding, it should be full time, and above 30hrs/week.
Yes, you need to mention it in job advert.

That's my question is if somebody can help can it be 32.5 hours?

Hi,
The salary should be relative to the job and hours pro rata accordingly if its not full time. The minimum is 30 hours, however double check with homeoffice . With regards to the advert, it would be good if you mention it but i don't think its mandatory. I got my tier 2 on 35 hours and it was not mentioned in the advert.

Hi Thanks for your reply, I am applying for extension so don't need the advert.

Anyone else can please help and confirm from experience knowledge that If I can apply extension on basis of 32.5 hours per week to match my salary as my employer not willing to increase to £28,400 which I think based on 39 hours? . On my first aplication I mentioned 37.5 hours.
