Tier 2 to Tier 2 switch

Hello,

I'm currently working for a company under 'Tier 2 General' visa. If I switch to another company under Tier 2 category, will I be issued a 'Restricted' or an 'Unrestricted' COS?

Unrestricted CoS if you switch from within UK.
