Unrestricted COS allocation - time taken to process

Hi,

Anyone in recent months have been waiting for unrestricted Cos? My employer applied for unrestricted COS allocation on 24th June 2015. I am still waiting. Please let me know if someone has same case as me.

Hi My employer applied on the 9th of june and we got reply and with was a negative so hopefully they will resubmit with all the relevant documents that were missing.

I applied in engineering shortage occupation list job code is 2122. It has been 3 weeks and 2 days. I haven't received any response from employer. Please help me if you have any Idea why it is taking so long time to allocate unrestricted COS.

As i heard there processing time is 18 weeks max but normally they allocate within 8 weeks.

it was for Business development manager now the company is doing a Labour market test and then requesting a unrestricted cos

My future employer still havent got COS allocated for me. I still waiting for the decision. 4 weeks and 2 days now
