ILR -degree earlier recognised on PBS calculator, not now

Hello experts

My wife is due for her ILR in Nov start post 5 years of Tier 1 visa. We are sorting out the documents and came across this requirement of English language. I read forum and understand print of PBS calculAtor is acceptable if we get 10 points there. She had this masters degree which was recognised on Pbs calc when she applied first time for tier 1 and at extension application too. Shockingly it doesn't Appear to be on PBS calc now.

1. Is there any way it would still be considered for English language points since it was in the previous applications for tier 1?

2. Would it in anyway impact her 35 points granted for education masters degree or not being on calculator is irrelevant for 35 points master degree points?

Try selecting tier 2 general and check whether the degree and university found then should be fine. otherwise you need to request naric letter it will costs 55 £ .

University and degree are found in drop down options given but ultimately PBS calc doesn't award 10 points for English language.

1. Get a letter from NARIC, as suggested. See also 4. If your degree was taught or researched in English.
2. No affect.

From NARIC, get ELA not SoC.

Sorry to bug again, just read the link too and it says letter from UK Naric plus letter from university . Would letter from UK Naric won't be sufficient?
