Need Urgent Expert Advice ..... ILR Appeal

Post by Anand Reddy » Thu Feb 26, 2015 1:31 am

Hi Forum,
Thanks for your valuable suggestions. I am a silent reader of this forum.
I would like to thanks the person who made this forum. BIG THANK YOU..............

Lets come down to business Guys...

I made an application for ILR based on 5 year route i.e.,
HSMP(2) and TIER1(3)

Got refused because of absence from UK, Due to Medical conditions on two different times

1. 110 days
2. 146 days

Total 256 days

Recently I had a surgery related to my previous medical conditions and I got all the medical certificates.

I had seen a beautiful suggestion by one of the Senior member in this forum.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... eriods.pdf

Hopefully this should work...and let me have your valuable suggestions before I approach them.

My hearing is in first week of March 2015.

Wish me "ALL THE BEST"

Eagerly waiting for your immediate replies...

Thank you

Dear more information required.

When was your visa issued? and expiry.
What dates you were away? and How many days in one go?
When did you apply for ILR?

Your breakdown shows its less than 180 days in one go (per year), either you have provided incorrect information or the caseworker made a mistake.
