PEO Appointment for Spouse ILR

Hi,

Please can someone help with the following question?

My wife is on a spouse visa on the old rules. We applied pre July 2012. After appeal, she was granted the visa. She arrived in the UK on 7th December 2013.

We want to book a PEO premium service appointment for when we do her ILR application. When is the earliest date I can book the PEO appointment?

28 days before the 2nd anniversary of the date she first arrived in the UK. Appointment slots are released onto the system 42 days in advance.

Based on 7th December 2013, I guess we can try to book 9th November 2015 at the earliest.
