schengen visa needed for RC holder? plz help!

hi guys
i woudl really appreciate some help with this. i tried to search on internet but got confused. I have RC (spouse of an EEA citizen - Czech) and I want to visit friends in Spain with my daughter who has a Czech passport as well. I am not sure if i need a visa as I will be travelling without my spouse. I know that normally i can travel without the visa if i am with him. this time i am going only with my daughter. I have a residence permit for a Schengen country - Czech Republic but at the moment we live in the UK. I don't know if that helps at all...
