What will change from 2018?

Hey everyone,

In an older thread that I started around Green Card/Critical Skills employment permits, one of the members said that, starting in 2018, holders of these kinds of permits should have an easier time, immigration-wise.

Can anyone maybe elaborate a little on this? I Googled the new immigration rules that are to take effect, but I see mostly people complaining about them.

Just to clarify - this is in relation to the Immigration Bill from 2010.
