Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Conversion

Hi,
I am currently on Tier 2 ICT Long Term staff visa and it is valid until sep 2016. I can renew for another 2.5 years after sep 2016.
Is it possible to convert my visa to Tier 2 ICT visa to Tier 2 general without leaving UK ?
or Is it possible to convert my spouse Tier 2 ICT long term staff dependent visa to Tier 2 General, without leaving UK ?
Please help and advise.
