FLR m application

Post by sekar_gm » Wed Jul 22, 2015 9:59 am

Dear all,

i am British PP and my wife is applying for the dependent extension FLR -M (5-year route), her visa expires on 05/09/15 and indian PP expires on 15/08/2016. my question is

1, if i apply on 06/09/15, how long the biometric/visa would be valid for , i.e will it be until the current passport expires and do i need to apply again getting a renewed indian passport.
2, can i get the renewed indian PP now and apply for the FLR m.
3,Does my wife need to pay for the NHS charge even though i am a bristish citizen. i know its mandatory to get this NHS certificate, what option is the best i.e flr or flr other as flr m is not listed in the website.

please help me out

regards
Dhan

1. Passport validity is irrelevant.
2. Apply to remain in the UK with family
