Parent’s visitor visa - question

Planning for parent’s visitor visa in November 2015 but I am changing my job in November also. So although I will have payslip from employer A I will start working for employer B while the application would be in process.
My question is it necessary for me to submit employer letter from employer A which would say that I am no longer for them ? or is it ok just to submit payslips from employer A without employer letter ( I will submit rest of the required documents ) or do I need to submit contact letter from employer B ?
