ILR for Dependent of Tier 5 TW (Int. Agreement)

Dear Experts,

I was granted Tier 5 Temporary Worker (International Agreement) visa on 23rd Aug 2011.
My spouse and a daughter had applied as dependent of Tier 5 TW (Int. Agr) on 10th May 2012. They were granted visas on 12 July 2012 and they entered in UK on 02 Aug 2012.

Question: My dependents made their applications before 09 July 2012 (i.e. on 10 may 2012). Would they required to complete 05 years stay in UK in order to apply for ILR or they can apply for ILR at the same time with main applicant (Me) in July/Aug 2016 in a category of completing 02 years stay for dependent?

Include the dependants in your settlement application as they are not subject to the 5 year requirement (319E(d) and 319J(e)).

Do I need to include my 5 years old daughter in ILR application or I should go through MN1 for her after getting ILR for myself and spouse. My daughter was born abroad.
