Very few members (including moderators) are legally qualified and neither could anyone expect them to be knowledgeable on all aspects of immigration law. If 'laws should be easy to understand' you wouldn't need to be seeking help to clarify them on the forum. :? If anyone has the answers you're looking for, I'm sure they will post them.
